Job Description:
- This position is an independent contractor role, part-time
- Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle recruiting and candidate management
- Recruits applicants for internal and external job requisitions
- Builds applicant sources by leveraging job boards, community services, internal/external networks, and other sources to find qualified candidates
- Determines applicant requirements by reviewing the job description/speaking with the hiring manager
- Works with the organization’s in-house senior recruiters to support the various business requirements and requisitions
- Responsible for conducting warm/cold calls to potential candidates
- This role will include sourcing recruiting, scheduling, face-to-face meetings, and metric reporting.
- Assist with other recruiting needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Can work U.S. time zone (Pacific)
- Ideally one that has recruited for the U.S. (US-based applicants for US-based clients)
- Three years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college/university or equivalent level of experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of ATS Systems (JazzHR, ZipRecruiter)
