Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative II to support members with their financial needs through a combination of service, sales, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist members with consumer and auto loan applications, including processing, closing, and follow-up
Build strong member relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate financial products and services (deposit accounts, loans, retirement, and investment services)
Achieve individual and team sales and referral goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Perform teller transactions, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing
Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, procedures, and compliance regulations
Ensure strict confidentiality of member information at all times
Participate in community outreach and business development activities as needed
Provide support across branch locations based on business needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution or related field, including customer service, cash handling, and loan processing
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency required
NMLS certification (or ability to obtain)
