About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced professional environment. This role partners with leadership and staff to coordinate business operations, manage priorities, support projects, and ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day administrative activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, purchasing, access requests, and timekeeping processes.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, events, and other organizational activities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain and update administrative systems, records, and documentation.
  • Track projects, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide backup support as needed.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–4 years of administrative, operations, or office support experience.
  • Experience supporting leadership teams in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business applications such as Zoom, Slack, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
