We are expanding and looking for an exemplary Virtual Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about growing our business and is available to overlap work hours with California.
The position is Remote/ Telecommute and is part-time initially.

Responsibilities:
Business Operations/ Marketing Tasks
- Help with marketing research such as website, social media, SEO vendors, etc.
- Help with recruitment tasks and supporting offshore recruitment strategy.
- Support administrative needs of management on some key business initiatives.
General Administrative Tasks
- Make suggestions for improvement, streamlining, and automation of administrative processes; research, implement, and continue to improve upon selected options.
- Plan and schedule meetings.
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars.
- Email/correspondence management.
- Create presentations.
- Conduct research on various topics.
- Provide customer/supplier support.
- Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years, hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration, marketing, and/or business operations.
- Can overlap work hours with California.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clear copywriting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet among others.
- Ability to learn new tools/software quickly.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
